Terms of Use
LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 10, 2026
These terms govern the use of Vozzy. By installing or using the app, you accept them. The honest summary: you film your scene, the app produces an episode narrated by a synthetic voice, the free plan lets you try, and the Vozzy Pro subscription opens up the airwaves.

The studio
Vozzy is published by CodeFamily, France (SIREN 999 566 995).
Contact: contact@vozzy.code-family.fr
Hosting: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
The service
Vozzy turns a short video of your scene into a narrated episode: an artificial intelligence writes a script from frames extracted from your shot, a synthetic voice records it, and the editing happens on your device. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Account
No sign-up is required: an anonymous technical account is created automatically at first launch to keep track of your quotas and subscription. It is tied to your device, not to your identity.
Free plan and subscription
- Free plan: one episode on the house to try the studio, plus one free re-take of that first episode.
- Vozzy Pro: monthly or annual subscription, up to 30 episodes per month. Current prices are shown in the app before any purchase.
The subscription is billed by the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically at each term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it at any time in the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Refund requests follow the rules of the purchase platform. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, exercised with Apple or Google; by requesting immediate delivery of the service, you agree that it starts right away and you lose this right once the service has been fully performed. For purchases made through the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement applies in addition to these terms.
AI-generated content
Episodes are generated by artificial intelligence: the script is fiction written by a language model and the narration is read by a synthetic voice. It is entertainment, not reliable information, and the result may be inaccurate, exaggerated or absurd. If you share an episode, you are responsible for how it is distributed, and it is up to you not to present it as authentic footage.
Your content
Your videos remain yours. By starting a production, you grant us only the technical licence needed to produce the episode: passing frames extracted from your shot and the script to our providers, for the duration of the processing. We claim no rights over your videos or the episodes produced.
Studio rules
- Do not film identifiable people without their consent.
- Do not use Vozzy to produce or distribute unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass quotas, disrupt the service, automate its use or reverse-engineer it.
In case of abuse, we may suspend access to the service; amounts already paid remain governed by the refund rules of the purchase platform.
Availability and changes
Vozzy is provided as is. The service relies on third-party providers and may experience interruptions; its features, channels and quotas may evolve. If a substantial change reduces what a current subscription covers, you may cancel it for the next term.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under the service is capped at the amounts you have paid over the last twelve months. Nothing in these terms deprives a consumer of the rights guaranteed by law; consumers notably benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content and services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, write to us first: most problems are solved in one exchange. You may also use a consumer mediation service free of charge, as provided for by the French Consumer Code.
Changes
These terms may evolve with the app. The date at the top of this page is authoritative; substantial changes will be flagged in the app.
